Executive Women's Conference

Executive Women's Conference 2010

The Ninth Annual Swedish-American Executive Women’s Conference was held on October 7 at Citi Headquarters. This year we were especially proud and honored to welcome H.R.H. Princess Madeleine of Sweden to the conference. The first session, “Burning to do it better than the Rest”, discussed ways to better channel that inner fire for maximum results. Next, we delved into “True Customer Understanding – What is it?” In our final session, “In Every Recession there is an Opportunity”, our notable panelists and moderator helped the women seek out their own silver lining in every economic cloud.

The Chamber was also very pleased to present its 5th Annual Mentor Award to Jonas Bonnier, CEO of Bonnier AB. The award is given each year to a man who has demonstrated significant achievement mentoring female business leaders.
