Anna Bager is the Vice President and General Manager of the Mobile Marketing Center of Excellence at the Interactive Advertising Bureau. The Mobile Center, an independently funded and staffed unit inside the IAB, is charged with driving the growth of the mobile marketing, advertising and media marketplace. Prior to joining the IAB Bager was heading business intelligence at Ericsson Multimedia and head of research at Ericsson’s Business Consulting unit. Earlier, she was Research and Consulting Manager for IDC EMEA. Business Insider named Anna to the Top 20 Most Important Women in Mobile Advertising in 2012.

Hélène Barnekow is SVP WW Field and Channel marketing with responsibility for all EMC’s field marketing operations, global channel marketing, global insides sales marketing and global campaigns. The teams, based in about 40 markets around the world, are responsible for planning and executing the EMC marketing agenda worldwide with measurable impact on EMC’s brand awareness, contribution to the pipeline and recruitment and enablement of the partner landscape. Hélène Barnekow joined EMC June 2009 as VP Marketing EMEA, based in the London office. She was promoted in spring 2011 to her current position. By mid August the same year she made the permanent move from London to the Boston area and is now based in the corporate head quarters. Before joining EMC she was VP Central Marketing for Sony Ericsson, based in their HQ in London. She spent a total of 8 years with Sony Ericsson in leadership roles in corporate marketing, field marketing and product management/product marketing. All through her career she has lived and operated in several countries across Europe, USA, Latin America and Asia. Hélène Barnekow graduated from University of Lund, Sweden, 1990 with a Masters degree in International Business. Part of her upper education was achieved at universities in France (ESCP, Paris) and Switzerland (Webster University, Geneva). Hélène is frequently involved in various interest groups such as the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, CMO circles, IERG and the Boston Club.

Natalia Brzezinski is a freelance writer and journalist. Most recently she has written for the Huffington Post on women’s issues, politics and youth affairs. She also worked in Senator John Kerry’s press office on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. in 2007. Brzezinski graduated from the University of Richmond in Virginia, where she studied journalism and international relations, focusing on the European Union. She is married to Mark Brzezinski, the current U.S. Ambassador to Sweden. Brzezinski was born in Chicago, Illinois and was a competitive ice skater for 15 years. She is fluent in Polish with competency in French. She is working diligently on her Swedish language skills, mostly from the tutoring of their 3-year-old daughter who is already fluent in the language!

Ms. Susanna Campbell is CEO of the listed private equity conglomerate Ratos. Founded in 1866 and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange since 1954, the company today has more than 55,000 shareholders. Ratos currently owns approximately 20 Nordic companies which in 2011 had total sales of SEK 26 billion and 18,000 employees. Ms. Campbell joined Ratos in 2003, and in 2010 she became Investment Director with responsibility for one of five investment teams as well as for Ratos’s holdings Arcus-Gruppen and HL Display. In April 2012, she took over as Ratos’s CEO. Prior to joining Ratos, Ms. Campbell worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey from 2000 to 2003, and within Corporate Finance at the Nordic investment bank Alfred Berg between 1996 and 2000. Ms. Campbell has an Msc Econ from the Stockholm School of Economics. In 2012 Ms. Campbell was elected the most powerful business woman in Sweden by the Swedish business journal Veckans Affärer.

Luisa Deplazes Delgado is a member of the Executive Board and Global Managing Board of SAP AG and is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), She is responsible for all human resources activities at SAP globally and serves as Labor Relations Director of SAP AG. She joined SAP in September 2012. Before joining SAP, Luisa Deplazes Delgado spent more than 20 years in business and HR functions with Procter & Gamble (P&G), most recently CEO and general manager of P&G Nordic, based in Stockholm, Sweden. From 2007 to 2012, Luisa Deplazes Delgado led a significant business transformation effort in the region. She brought the organization closer to the digitally-savvy Nordic customer base through innovative sales and marketing as well as organizational and leadership programs, which in turn drove growth and productivity in the region. Previously, Luisa Deplazes Delgado served for seven years as P&G's head and vice president of HR for Western Europe, leading the transformation of its HR function to strategic business partner and change agent. She has worked for P&G in various local and international roles in Portugal, the UK, Belgium and Switzerland, both in business units and corporate HR. Luisa Deplazes Delgado is responsible for driving and enhancing SAP's strategic people agenda, focusing on leadership development, talent development, recruitment and employee engagement, as well as organizational design and simplification, which are essential for the long term success of SAP, and the achievement of the company's 2015 goals. Luisa Deplazes Delgado studied law at the Université de Genève. Maja Egnell is the VP of HR, Talent Development and Diversity at Skanska USA Inc. Skanska is a leading global project development and construction company, with 53 000 employees and about 10 000 ongoing projects in the US, Europe and Latin America. Ms. Egnell began her career at Skanska in 2005 as the Global Talent Manager, focusing her efforts at building and refining the company’s talent management processes and procedures, and functioning as an internal coach and HR support for Skanska’s senior management team. Beatrice Engström-Bondy is Senior Advisor to Jacob Wallenberg, Chairman of Investor AB. Laurie Fitch is a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley's investment banking division in London, where she advises global utilities and industrial companies on corporate strategy. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Laurie spent 11 years as an institutional investor at TIAA-CREF and Artisan Partners in New York. Before that, she was a research analyst at Schroders and UBS Warburg. She began her career in the Middle East and Africa Division of the Bank of New York. For most of her career on Wall Street, Laurie has specialized in the utility, industrial and infrastructure sectors. She has been recognized by both Institutional Investor and Extel "Best of the Buyside" surveys for her stockpicking and industry knowledge, and has been a frequent speaker at industry events and to corporate boards. Laurie is a member of the advisory board of Georgetown University's Center for Contemporary Arab Studies and is an active patron of contemporary art. Ms. Fransson joined Swedbank, one of the largest bank in Sweden and the Baltic’s, in 1987. Since then she has held numerous positions within the bank in various fields. They include Head of region North, Head of Business Development and Head of Retail until 1st jan 2013. Retail comprises some 5,000 employees, more than 300 branch offices and 4,2 million private clients and 300,000 corporate clients. As of 2013 Ms. Fransson will be Head of Group Products which includes Cards, Payments & CM, Group Lending, Asset Management, Group Savings & Solutions and the Franchise companies. Jenny is Head of Public Affairs EMEA, responsible for media relations, internal and external communications and community development. Jenny joined Citi in October 2012 after four years in the UK government, where she led a team of 150 communications staff in No 10 Downing Street and the Cabinet Office in London and the regions. As the most senior communicator in government she also had overall professional responsibility for nearly 4,000 people and £300 million of marketing spend, covering national and international campaigns. Jenny has 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing. She started her career as an advertising copywriter before moving into public relations consultancy, where she specialised in reputation and issues management for a range of multinational clients including McDonald’s, Toyota, BP and Allied Domecq. Jenny then moved to the public sector, where she held several Board level posts, including in the National Health Service and at the Audit Commission, which audits and assesses the quality of services in the public sector. She was also Director of Corporate Affairs for one of the UK’s largest charities, Cancer Research UK. Jenny has a First Class degree in English Language and Literature from Durham University and an MSc in Social Psychology, specialising in risk communications, from the London School of Economics.

Pingis Hadenius has a bachelor in finance from University of Singapore and Lund University. She has a background in Investment Banking and has been teaching about the financial markets. The last few years she has worked in publishing as editor in chief for various women’s magazines; ELLE, Red Tee (golf), Passion for Business (Career&Business) and is currently a publisher of IDG Sweden, an American tech-oriented publisher. She often gives speeches on leadership, career and networking as well as moderating many events.

Juanita Hardy has a passion for forging cross-cultural connections in art and business. She is Executive Director of CulturalDC, a non-profit that works with business leaders to create vibrant, sustainable communities through artistic programming. Previously, Hardy led Tiger Management Consulting Group, LLC, a global business consulting and training firm, which she founded in 2006, after retiring from a 31 year career with IBM. Ms. Hardy is a sought after speaker, and her articles and papers have appeared in several publications such as The Roadmap to 2020 published by Quantum Leaps and sponsored by IBM among others. Ms. Hardy is featured among 13 women in Montgomery County Women Making It (2011), and is a 2010 recipient of the Washington Business Journal’s Minority Business Leaders Award. Ms. Petra Hedengran has been the General Counsel and Head of Corporate Governance and Compliance and member of the Management Group at Investor AB since 2007. In her role at Investor AB she is also involved in the nomination work in Investor´s listed portfolio companies and is the chairman of several Nomination Committees including Ericsson, Atlas Copco and SEB. Ms. Hedengran is a member of the Board of Lindorff Group AB and EQT Partners AB. Before joining Investor, Ms. Hedengran was a partner of the Swedish lawfirm Lindahl where she headed the Banking and Finance Group. Stina Honkamaa is the country director for Google Sweden since January 2008. In this role she is a keen spokesperson for an open and accessible internet as well as a place for successfully reaching an audience and conduct business. Prior to joining Google she headed up Swedish Carat Sverige AB for three years. Carat is one of the leading media agencies in Sweden with over 100 employees across three offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Before this Stina held several senior positions in Swedish media companies. Stina is a frequent lecturer on media trends, consumer insight and media innovation at leading institutes, universities and conferences in Sweden. Stephanie Hyde, PwC UK Head of Regions, is a member of the PwC UK Executive Board with responsibility for overseeing the firm’s regional practice, covering 26 offices across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Stephanie joined PwC in 1995 after graduating from Brunel University and having completed internships in the energy and defence industries. She spent her early career at PwC working with small and growing businesses. Svenskt Tenn, Founded in 1924, is a Swedish interior design company known for its timeless, elegant, and boldly patterned style. Ms. Veerasamy has always been interested in art, fashion and culture, and her priority is to work closely to and along with craftsmen. Helena Stålnert is EVP & Head of Communications at the Swedish steel company SSAB. She has been a member of the company’s Group Executive Committee since 2007. SSAB is a global leader in value added, high strength steel and employs more than 8,000 people in 45 countries, with production facilities in the U.S. and Sweden.
