Bertil Edlund Scholarship 2010
The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York is proud to announce the fifth annual Bertil Edlund Scholarship available for Swedish business students. The scholarship will allow one student to work at the offices of The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York for a period of twelve months starting January, 2010 and ending December, 2010. The successful applicant will get the opportunity to gain considerable knowledge of the U.S. business environment and Swedish-American trade by working with research regarding export/import and regional development related matters. As a scholar you will also be providing general support to the
organization.
A successful applicant profile:
- fourth year business student at a leading Swedish university
- strong interpersonal and communicative skills
- fluency in written and oral English
- preferably some international experience
- some work experience

Haakan B. Anderson Guldkula Foundation Scholarship 2010
The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York is proud to announce the second annual Haakan B. Anderson Guldkula Foundation Scholarship available for Swedish business students. The Scholarship will allow one student to work at the offices of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York for a period of twelve months starting January 2010 and ending December 2010.
The sucessful applicant will gain considerable knowledge in high-level event planning and execution, membership services, marketing and publishing. The applicant will also get the opportunity to enhance skills of the U.S. business environment and Swedish-American business relationships. As a scholar you will also be providing general support for the organization and carry out market research in the area of food safety.
A successful applicant profile:
• fourth year business student at a leading Swedish university
• strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for new learning
• fluency in written and oral English
• preferably some international experience
