Assignment
Create a visitor program. The program’s design targeted the customer’s learning goals and was based on knowledge sharing meetings with representatives from the New York banking industry. The main learning goals were set around customer relations and the use of the Internet as a medium for extended service offerings.

Scope
Using its extensive network the Chamber arranged several successful meetings with prominent bankers. Among others they met with the CEO and Chairman of Citicard, Citibank's credit card division and with the CEO of Citibank On-line. The turnover of Citicard represents almost 3% of GDP (!), and Citibank On-line is one of the largest Internet banking operations in the world.

Solution and Client Benefit
The visits gave the delegation valuable insights into the cultural differences between banking in the U.S. and in Sweden, as well as a perspective of future trends and developments in the banking industry.
