For the Chamber, the Scholarship Program offers the opportunity to cultivate and guide the next generation of Swedish-American business leaders. Graduates are selected from the top echelons of Sweden’s finest universities to spend one year in New York working full-time for SACC New York.
Founded in 1998 by Gunnar Gillberg of Interalfa, the Scholarship provides a stipend for scholars to immerse themselves in the Chamber’s various activities. Generous grants from the Swedish-American business community provide additional support to scholars while they live, work, and explore the world’s center of international commerce, New York City.
