Secondly, I am deeply thankful for the generosity and foresight of Bertil Edlund and PWC. You invest in the next generation and offer an opportunity to explore the world. All while instilling in me the motivation to add value to the Chamber and one day provide others with the same opportunity that has now been presented to me.

So, I therefore want to direct my thanks to Uppsala University for making this possible. I will continue the great work that Carole has done before me to the best of my abilities.

Tonight is a dream come true and I also want to thank Renée Lundholm, Peter Sandberg and Cathrine Fredriksson for believing in me and giving me this incredible and life-changing opportunity to spend a year with them at the Chamber.

I sincerely hope you made the right choice.

I will, with my time and my commitment, do my absolute best to contribute to the incredibly important work of the Chamber. And of course I also want to congratulate my two fellow scholars, Eva and Oscar, and say how excited I am to spend the following year here in New York together with you."
