On November 12th, The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, New York hosted Sustainology Summit 2019 at Citi HQ, Tribeca, New York. One of largest turnouts to a SACCNY conference, Sustainology collected the minds and stakeholders in food and technology, discussing how sustainability and impact may be ingrained into the supply value chain.

The day was led by masters of ceremonies, Johan Jörgensen, Founder, Sweden FoodTech, and Louisa Burwood-Taylor, Head of Media and Research, AgFunder, experts in food and technology. Complementing this pair were keynotes of industry-disruptors including Björn Öste, Co-Founder and Board Director, Oatly and Co-Founder and CEO, Good Idea Drinks, Ulrika Lilja, EVP & Head of Global Communications, Stora Enso, Dr. Joshua Spodek, Professor and Author, NYU, Kit Burton, Brand Manager, Wasa North America, Max Knagge, General Manager Americas, Scandinavian Airlines and Gita Calton, East Coast Personal Care Account Manager, AAK.
